PASSENGERS & PARENTS
Simply log in to the Bconvoy app, select your child’s profile, choose the pickup and drop-off locations, and confirm the booking.
All drivers undergo background checks, police clearance, training in child safety, and vehicle inspections before being approved.
Yes, Bconvoy offers live GPS tracking so you can monitor your child’s journey from pickup to drop-off.
You’ll receive updates through the app. Drivers are instructed to notify you in case of delays. If there’s a serious issue, contact support.
Contact the driver directly through the app, or contact Bconvoy support. We’ll help you recover lost items when possible.
Yes, cancellations can be made in the app. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
DRIVERS
Apply through the Bconvoy Driver App or website. Submit all required documents, complete training, and pass a background check.
You’ll need a well-maintained vehicle with functioning seatbelts, child locks, and a clean safety record. Vehicle inspections are required.
Payments are made weekly/monthly via bank transfer or mobile wallet, depending on your country and payment preferences.
Use the in-app emergency button, contact Bconvoy support, and ensure the safety of all passengers. Follow your training procedures.
Yes. Use the in-app report tool or contact support. Reports are taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken.
SAFETY & SUPPORT
Yes. Safety is our top priority. We use verified drivers, GPS tracking, emergency contacts, and strict pickup/drop-off rules.
Yes. All registered rides are covered under our insurance policy, which includes passenger liability (terms apply).
